The County Public Service Board (CPSB) conducted compliance monitoring visits across four sub-counties as part of its mandate to oversee human resource management and ensure adherence to public service regulations.
The exercise focused on reviewing staff establishments, performance management processes, and compliance with applicable human resource policies and guidelines.
During the visits, the Board, together with its Secretariat, engaged with sub-county leadership and staff from various departments at the sub-county level to assess human resource implementation, identify gaps, and provide advisory support aimed at strengthening performance.
